This Refund & Cancellation Policy explains how subscriptions, cancellations, and refunds work for secapi.ai, operated by Arcade Group, Inc. (operating as secapi.ai). It is part of the Terms of Service; a signed order form, where one exists, controls over this page for that purchase.

Subscriptions and auto-renewal
Paid plans renew automatically until you cancel.
Unless an order form says otherwise, paid subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period (monthly or annual) at the then-current price, using your payment method on file. We process payments through our billing provider.
- Your renewal date and current plan are shown in your account.
- We will give reasonable notice of a price change before it applies to your next renewal.
Cancellation
Cancel anytime — access continues through the period you paid for.
You can cancel a subscription at any time from your account or by contacting support. Cancellation stops the next renewal; it does not retroactively refund the current period unless required by law or stated below.
- After cancellation, you keep access until the end of the current paid period, then the plan does not renew.
- You remain responsible for any usage-based charges already incurred up to cancellation.
Refunds
Fees are non-refundable except where required by law or stated here.
Subscription fees and usage charges are generally non-refundable, including for partial periods and for periods after a subscription has already renewed. We do, however, stand behind specific situations below.
- If we materially breach the Terms or can no longer provide the service and you cancel for that reason, we will refund prepaid fees for the unused portion of your term.
- We will correct and refund duplicate charges and charges resulting from our billing error.
- Where a consumer-protection law gives you a non-waivable refund or cancellation right, that right applies regardless of this page.
Usage charges, taxes, and failed payments
Pay-as-you-go usage, taxes, and what happens if a payment fails.
Some plans include usage-based charges metered to your actual consumption. Prices are exclusive of taxes unless stated; you are responsible for applicable taxes other than taxes on our income.
- Usage-based charges are billed in arrears for the metered period and are non-refundable once incurred.
- If a payment fails, we may retry, notify you, and suspend or downgrade access until the balance is resolved; unpaid balances may be subject to collection as allowed by law.
- Questions about an invoice should be raised within 30 days of the invoice date at support@secapi.ai.
